Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with tracking included. Most orders arrive in 7 to 13 days. You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders are processed on business days.

If your tracking has not updated in several days, or the delivery window has passed, email us and we will chase it down for you.

30-day fit guarantee

If the size is wrong, or the product is just not working for your dog, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will exchange it or refund you.

How to start a return or exchange

Email pawliftcore+shop@gmail.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. We will reply with instructions.

Condition

Trying the product on your dog is expected and does not void your return. We ask that items come back in resellable condition. Anything heavily soiled or damaged well beyond normal try-on use we handle case by case.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we refund your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up on your statement.

Exchanges

Sizing exchanges are the most common request we get and we do not charge extra for them. Tell us the size you need and we will arrange it.

Wrong or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us right away and we will make it right at no cost to you.
