Measure your dog's belly girth (around the widest part of the belly) and check it against the size chart photo in the gallery above. Sizes run S, M, L, and XL.

Between sizes? Size up. The straps adjust down; a too-small band can't adjust up.

Will my dog actually tolerate it? Most dogs settle within a use or two — it's a soft band, not a full harness, and there's nothing over their head or legs. Pair the first few uses with treats.

Can male dogs pee while wearing it? The band sits at the mid-belly and can be positioned forward to stay clear. For extended potty walks, a quick reposition does the trick.

How do I wash it? Hand wash, air dry. The fleece lining comes out looking new.
